JSC is preparing for the final stretch of 2016 by participating in the first edition of the Peru Telecom Forum, after a truly intense year in which it has taken part in some of the most important events in the MVNO sector worldwide, especially in the Latam region.
It will be held on 4 and 5 October in the city of Lima. JSC will be participating as an Associate Sponsor and speaker. Julio Castro, of International Business Development, will be responsible on this occasion for presenting the paper “Telco as a Service” at 12:40 on Wednesday 5th.
JSC Ingenium will be keeping its appointment with MVNOs in Peru, and bringing an excellent calling card: more than 50 MVNOs operating worldwide, 6 of which are in the Latam region, a comprehensive and proven Telco range, and 20 years of experience in promoting and revolutionising the mobile phone market worldwide.
Peru, with an average growth rate of its gross domestic product of 6.3% in the last 10 years, and with a forecast increase of 3.7% for 2016 according to the IMF, has become the country with some of the greatest potential for growth in the Latam region. It also has a regulation for MVNOs, approved and in force since the beginning of the year, and the commercial launch of the first virtual networks has been announced for the second half of the year. Peru is opening up its Telco market at an excellent time, to new and innovative mobile business initiatives with the firm objective of enabling more competition, which ultimately leads to more choice for the end user.
